Christmas Angels by Kathi Day © 2005 Corel Photopaint has this fill generator, and one of the fills always reminded me of christmas lights with your eyes half closed. Years ago I played with one using the smear tool to form light angels in the white spots, this is a recreation of that, with more detailed painted angels.
